Below is a recipe of mine that is much requested....

TIPPY'S BROCCOLI SALAD

6 Tablespoons mayonaise

6 Tablespoons brown sugar

Mix these two together first

..........

Add 3 Tablespoons of vinegar

Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic

..........

Then fry about 1/2 lb of bacon into small pieces or use bacon bits.

..........

Cut broccoli up into bite size pieces.

(Peel stem of broccoli and slice very thin.)

..........

Pour Dressing over broccoli and bacon

..........

Mix well and add a little parmesan cheese
